I’ve spent the last few years behind the scenes of marketing agencies, building ops, managing chaos, and asking the uncomfortable questions:

Being diagnosed as neurodiverse later in life made it all click: my quirks, my pattern-spotting brain, my love of structure. It’s not just how I work. It’s how I’m wired.
I live for strategy, systems, and shifts in behaviour. I geek out over new software, AI trends, and data deep-dives. This isn’t just a job for me. It’s the way my brain lights up.
And yes, even the “Terrible Gamer” part has a story. The gamer name stuck and eventually became the name of this agency. But more on that in a minute…

Blushing Pixel started as my gamer name, a reminder to give things a go, enjoy the ride, and keep it playful.
That spirit sits at the heart of this brand, and that playful spark is still woven through everything we do today.
Alongside me is Zara, SparklingPixel (of course), adding her own light and energy to the journey.
It’s where all the lessons (the good, the bad, the beautifully messy) come together: strategy, resilience, and being human in a results-driven world.
